WHAT IS THIS RANDOM CHARGE AT THE END OF THE MONTH?:

Remember that sweat towel, protein shake or pre-workout you grabbed from the pro-shop? All drinks, supplements and apparel that you grab and write down on our Self-Serve Sheet on the counter are rang up at the end of the month. This cuts down on payment processing fees, especially on all those bottles of water! Receipts for these transactions are automatically emailed unless you have opted out of emails. They can also be found on the mobile app under PURCHASE HISTORY.

CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP:

NO, we’ll miss you! But yes you can. If your membership is month-to-month, please email Ryan@BrewFitnessMKE.com and a 30-Day Cancellation notice will be applied to your account. 30-Day Cancellation notice means that you are still responsible for any pending membership dues within the next 30-days and your membership will cancel at the end of that next billing cycle.

*Unless you submit a cancellation on the same day your membership bills, you will have 1 more membership payment due before cancellation. If you know you’re going to be moving or need to cancel on a certain date, please let us know in advance.

If you are currently in a 12 or 18-month contract and need to cancel, there is a 50% early termination buyout. Please contact Ryan@BrewFitnessMKE.com to calculate your buyout. Remember: your 12 or 18-month membership will not auto-cancel after your initial discounted term. Your membership will continue to auto-renew at the month-to-month rate and terms outlined in your membership.

CAN I VIEW MY SIGNED MEMBERSHIP:

Of course! On the mobile app, under SIGNATURES you will find copies of all signed waiver and memberships you have on file.

CAN I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP:

Yes. If your membership is month-to-month, you can email a Freeze Request to Ryan@BrewFitnessMKE.com with the exact dates you are requesting to freeze your membership. Does not have to be billing date to billing date. Freezes can be applied for any duration up to 90 days.

If you are in a 12 month contract, you can freeze your membership under the same terms as above, except a $15 fee will be charged to your account to process that freeze for every month that is requested, up to 90 days.

Medical Freeze can be processed at no cost, regardless of contracted membership with a doctors note. Doctors notes need to have a return to activity date within 90 days or a new doctors note will be required to remain frozen beyond 90 days.
