Nitro Brew: This full body, high energy workout utilizes EVERYTHING the gym has to offer. Cardio intervals on the treadmill, bike or rower, TRX Suspension Trainers, functional strength and plyometrics. Our highest intensity cardio workout designed to make you sweat.
MAX Strength: Get ready to work hard, lift heavy and get stronger! Each class focuses on a coached main lift (listed in the title) with complimentary and accessory moves to round out your workout. Long 12-minute stations to work through and build up at your own pace.
Power Brew: You know that all-day endorphin feeling you get from an AMAZING workout that burns over 1,000 calories? There's no better way to get your Sunday Funday started than with this 75-90-minute extended workout. See you there :)
Dynamic Mobility: Begin with an active warm-up as we cycle through a sequence of large and dynamic movements that increase circulation and range of motion. Followed by individual and partner stretching. Perfect class to cool down with after a high intensity workout or as recovery from your weekly workouts.
Cardio H.I.I.T. Boxing: Are you ready for this high energy class? Cardio, strength and LOTS of sweating in this high-energy, high-volume workout incorporating kick boxing moves choreographed to the beat of the music.
Open Gym: Why should our amazing studio sit empty when not in use? We're opening our doors to do your own workout during Open Gym hours. Any equipment or space not being used for class is available during this time. **Open Gym hours coincide with all class times, plus additional Open Gym hours most weekdays 7:30a-11:30a
